You need a set of cake decorating tips, bags, need good quality cake pans , you need to buy a lazy Susan to put the round cakes on while decorating. Good food coloring, for now that should get you started.

I don’t know the name, but it’s a little circle on a stick and you use that to practice flowers and roses on. You WILL use that all the time!

Demarle non cook pans for sure. I actually have a drawing for them right now on a blogspot I have trying to raise money for my brother who is autistic. I am trying to make enough money to get him on a California vacation to all the amusement parks before he has to go into assisted living. He is in a hospital right now.
